FuckedList.com is a humor site intended to allow internet users to voice grievances. As with any site run primarily by user input, FuckedList.com performs only a minimal amount of administration to it's content. Comments that are posted are not the responsibility of FuckedList.com and by using this site you agree that you indemnify FuckedList.com against any harm resulting from the use or viewing of this site. Comments posted to FuckedList.com are authored by pseudo-anonymous internet users, however their IP addresses and dates and times of the posting are made to be publicly visible. Any and all questions regarding the content of these posts should be directed at the internet service providers of the respective authors.

Use of FuckedList.com demands that authors post statements with some degree of tact and consideration of other persons. Types of statements which are not permitted include:

We reserve the right to remove posts or take any steps necessary to protect our servers, including but not limited to coding special scripts designed to prevent hostile visitors from being able to access our site. Access to the site is not guaranteed and users may be banned permanently. Users that are banned are prohibiting from returning to our site and are expected to abide by Federal and New York State laws regarding computer trespass. New York Penal Code defines computer trespass as:

S 156.10 Computer trespass.
  A person is guilty of computer trespass when he knowingly uses or
causes to be used a computer or computer service without authorization
and:
  1. he does so with an intent to commit or attempt to commit or further
the commission of any felony; or
  2. he thereby knowingly gains access to computer material.
  Computer trespass is a class E felony.
